Banning anything, esp in the US, is just the most ridiculous thing ever. I really can't understand how it is possible to get away with it.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, I am SO psyched to see Where the Wild Things Are!
I just stared reading the house of night series. So far its not bad... I think its dumb to tell pepole what they can and can't read!
ReplyDeleteFantastic feature darling. Where those books banned in a school or the entire city?
ReplyDeleteWhere the Wild Things Are has already opened in the US to mixed reviews. Most agree that it seems more like a movie for adults than kids and the Wild Things are depressed. I don't think I will be seeing it.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I did just see The Young Victoria at a local film festival. Awesome movie. Go see it when it opens!
I am so excited to see Where the Wild Things Are--just not sure when I'll do so. I'm bummed I have to wait for "Emma!"
