Take a look at some of my favorite epic romances that I feel would really make it in the real world. Well, they feel real to me anyway. I don't see them as fictional characters at all. If you haven't read some of these I seriously urge you to put your tbr pile aside and sit down for some of the most amazing romances I've ever come across. Some are new, some are old. But all have touched me deep inside. They've left an impression and I return to their stories whenever I need to have a little more faith in love.

I'm in the midst of reading North and South and so I was glad to see it on your list! I haven't really gotten to the romantic part yet, so I'll look forward to that. :)
ReplyDeleteDon't you just hate/love Mr. Thornton?! Have you seen the BBC adaptation with Richard Armitage? You MUST watch it when you're done with the book. You just have to! I can't get enough of that film.
DeleteI really need to read Shannon Hale's books. I've been seeing it around a lot lately. So happy to see Twilight up there! It left an impression on my as well.

You have to read Shannon Hale! She is a master writer! LOVE HER!!
DeleteEdward and Bella, lol. Not so sure if they would make it in real life. I mean wouldn't Edward be so sick of Bellas moods. :) LOL. Great list.
ReplyDeleteYou must be talking about the films because Bella isn't moody in the books.
DeleteI completely agree with Anne and Gilbert! Also, Anna and St. Clair.
ReplyDeleteI don't really think Bella and Edward would work out, but who knows maybe they'd surprise us all!
Check out my list here!
Awesome picks! I really need to pick up a copy of Anna and the French Kiss. I've seen it around quite a lot!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if Edward and Bella would make it in real life, but you never know they might! And Anna and St. Clair are my favorite! :D
ReplyDeleteMy Top Ten
I added Bella and Edward to my list for the characters not the actors, who aren't managing to last through this year!
